Public Housing is currently accepting applications for our 5 bedroom family waiting list and 0/1 bedroom specifically for elderly or disabled individuals at the Hartford, Concord and Lexington highrises. All other waiting lists are full and closed. DHA utilizes a local preference for all waiting lists.

The Section 8 waiting list is closed. Applications were distributed Monday, November 19, 2012 and were to be returned via first class mail by November 20, 2012. A waiting list of 200 will be randomly selected from those applications. We do not anticipate opening the Section 8 waiting list for several months as we serve the 200 families most recently selected. The Section 8 Department is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
